Good things here

Bren Trillium society is truly a heaven for a family as well as for an individual. As a former resident i can say that this place is cleaned, hygienic and thoughtfully designed. Ammities like swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, gym, playground, running water supply, electricity backup adds so much value to this place. Also with nearby IT parks, MNCs and employment centres it's just a perfect choice for working professionals. Furthermore, Bangalore's atmosphere and lush green environment makes it much more pleasant. To conclude it's a good choice to live peacefully. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes because of IT hubs and industrial parks traffic is bit congested and overcrowded. Lacks good sewage management and RO water purifier system inside the campus. Also high maintenance charges makes it least affordable for a middle class family. read more
