Good things here

Lived there 5 years ago, my experience was very positive. The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, and metro stations. Maintenance of the buildings was reliable, and any issues were quickly addressed. The construction quality was solid, with no problems like cracks or leaks. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, with strong security and good CCTV coverage. Parking was always sufficient for both residents and guests, and there were no issues with stray dogs. The amenities, such as the garden, children's play area, and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable. read more

I enjoyed my stay there 5 years ago as I had no issues with connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, and neighbourhood. No complaints at all. read more

I have a child who plays with peers of the same age, and we know each other well. It's a secure place where security restricts outside children. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with good cleaning practices and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lifts function well. People are friendly and cooperative. read more

There are traffic issues in their society, causing congestion during peak hours. Addressing these issues could improve the flow of vehicles and enhance convenience for residents and visitors alike. read more

Good things here

The connectivity is good here. Uber, auto, bus all of the transportation are easily available here. Proper cleanliness and greenery is maintained here. Gym, swimming pool and clubhouse is here. People are lovely here, we celebrate festivals together. Also, hospital, school is nearby. I am happy with the place. read more

Things need improvement

The only issue I have is a 50 floors building is being constructed right in before our apartments. It is really problematic because it will bring more traffic and chaos to the area. We as a society have also protested for the same but there is no action taken yet. read more
