Good things here

The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and issues solved on time. The neighborhood is friendly and people interact well. Basic society , small houses are there . read more

Things need improvement

There is seepage and cracks in the construction. The society lacks a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. There are noise issues in the neighborhood. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are avilable. Street dog issues are not faced inside the society. read more

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Drainage system is not good and it is not cleaned properly. Lift is not avilable in the society. CCTV is not available in the society. read more

Earlier, public transport like auto rickshaws and buses was only available just outside the society gate. The quality of roads was poor before but has improved now. Festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. read more

Things need improvement

There was a large Muslim community in the society, and sometimes disputes between children escalated to involve their entire families in arguments. During heavy rains, there was often waterlogging. Malls, markets, hospitals, and schools were far away, taking about 20 minutes by bus. There were no modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. Issues like seepage, leakage, and dampness were common, and ventilation was adequate but not excellent. Cleaning and maintenance were not very good and needed improvement. Maintenance of lifts and CCTV cameras was average. There was parking available for bikes but not allotted parking for cars. read more

Good things here

The Constructions of buildings are good. People of the society were very kind and helping nature. There was a park for the children. Connectivity was good people who go to the work regularly have the facilities of public transport like car, bus auto and taxi Gorcery shops, schools and hospitals are nearby. There was no problem of communication or network issue in this society. The parking area is very big for the people who have their own vehicle does not find any issue of parking. Cultural events like diwali, holi and durga puja were celebrated together. read more

Area was not so good. There was no amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym. Sometimes due to heavy rainfall there was the problem of seepage and lekage in the society. read more
