Although the Flats here are spacious and well-maintained, renting might not be the best option. The move in/out charges are quite steep, and there is no service lift available. Additionally, the only access point for moving trucks is the society gate, which may result in additional charges from movers and packers. Furthermore, the rental rates are higher compared to nearby societies that offer similar amenities. read more
