Good things here

This society is a small community with around 100 families residing here. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with nearby schools, clinics, and supermarkets within a 1 to 1. 5 km radius. The bus stop is approximately 1 km away from the society. Additionally, there are small shops like vegetable and medical shops nearby. The construction of the society is also excellent, there are no issues with seepage, and no cracks are present. Sunlight and air circulation inside the flats are excellent. The maintenance charges are nominal, and good facilities are provided, such as daily cleaning in the common areas and efficient garbage collection and disposal. The society offers various amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a badminton court, basketball play area, and football play area located approximately 100 meters outside the society. Security systems within the society are top-notch, with high-quality staff ensuring safety and security for all residents. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity to places like petrol bunks and major hospitals is not near the society. The play area provided within the society is very small, and there is a lack of modern amenities. read more

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society at a particular time. Ventilation of the flats is excellent. There is ample greenery in the apartment complex. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, and basketball court are well-maintained in the society. There are medical shops, supermarkets, and small clinics nearby, within a walkable distance from the society. read more

Maintenance of the swimming pool is not good; the cleaning is inadequate in the society. Public transportation like buses is far from the society, approximately 1. 5 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. There are some traffic issues nearby the society. Good things here

I moved out of this society around 1 and a half years ago. At that time, the connectivity was excellent. There are several schools nearby, such as National Public School and Cambridge, all within a distance of 1 to 2 kilometers. Additionally, there is a bus station within 1 kilometer's reach. The construction quality is commendable, there are no leakage issues, and any necessary repairs are promptly addressed by the management due to excellent maintenance practices. Furthermore, the water supply is reliable. Amenities such as a play area, swimming pool, and ample parking options are available, along with facilities for table tennis. read more

Things need improvement

The only problem is that residents of some blocks were not cooperative. They consistently resist management decisions and rules, causing inconvenience for everyone living here. read more
