Good things here

We have walking space surrounding lots of greenery. I used to walk in the morning; it's very peaceful. Location-wise, there's a 1 km international school, metro station, bus stop, shopping mall, hospitals, and good road conditions. Street lights are present, ample parking space is available, and amenities like basketball court, badminton court, gym, swimming pool, club house, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are there. Maintenance is proper; they clean daily and collect garbage timely. The lift is functioning. Construction-wise, some apartments faced seepage issues on bathroom tiles, but now the problem is resolved. Surrounding people are friendly, interact well, and we celebrate a lot of festivals together. read more
