Good things here

Having designated parking for each resident is convenient, and I appreciate how well the rules are followed in our community. The regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, helps keep things clean. We never have to worry about electricity or water supply, and it's great to have modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together. The elevators are reliable, and with CCTV cameras and security guards, I feel safe here. read more

Things need improvement

One issue we've faced is leakage in the walls, which needs attention. Another inconvenience is that the Google location for our society isn't accurate, causing problems with Ola and Uber drivers ending up in the wrong place when we book rides. Additionally, there are several cloud kitchens in the society, leading to many delivery drivers who sometimes ride recklessly. This makes us worry about our kids' safety when they go outside. read more

Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect waste and ensure cleanliness in the society. Overall maintenance is excellent. Shops are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Parking facilities are very well-managed in the society. Security in the society is very good and ensures safety. Green spaces in the society are very good. Cleaning of the society is very good and maintains hygiene. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available if booked online. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 1 kilometer from the society but is very inconvenient. There are no visitor parking spaces in the society. Roads outside the society are not good, making travel very inconvenient. read more

The construction is solid, and there are no problems. The amenities are fantastic, with a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. Everything is well-maintained. The connectivity is good, making it easy to travel with public transport options nearby. Maintenance is excellent, and everything is kept in good condition. The neighbourhood is friendly and very safe. There is good security with CCTV cameras, and parking is always available for both residents and guests. read more

People in the society are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the festivals . No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The society has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. read more

Good things here

I used to live there 4 years ago, I found everything quite satisfactory. Connectivity was good with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations nearby. Maintenance was reliable; the lifts operated smoothly, and cleaning and garbage collection were well-managed. Construction seemed sturdy without visible issues. Amenities like the garden, children's play area, and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable. read more

While my stay was generally good, I didn't interact much with the neighbourhood during that time. Rest my experience was positive, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort provided. read more
