Good things here

There are many grocery stores and medical stores nearby. The metro station is at some distance from here. Buses and taxis are easily available to go anywhere. There are many good schools for children nearby. Many clothes and jewellery, book shop, dairy shop are available. There are many good restaurants available near the road where good food is available at reasonable rates. There is a playground and park available nearby for children to play. There is a weekly vegetable and fruit market nearby. Many sweet shops are also nearby. Many good medicine shops are available nearby and there is a good hospitals nearby. The electricity supply is always available. The water supply is still good. read more

Things need improvement

The parking is not being arranged properly which causes a lot of trouble. There are many places on the road where lights are not installed due to which it remains very dark there. There is no good electronic shop available nearby. read more

The local market is nearby where all the essential items are available. there are grocery and general stores at some distance from home. here electricity supply is good and electricity charges are normal. cinema halls and malls are available nearby.The children's school is nearby. the park is also at some distance. the medical facility is also good here and the hospital is also at some distance from home. taxi can be easily booked from here. read more

At night the street light does not work properly in many places here, there is also a fear of dog bites. There is no good cloth shop nearby and one has to go far even to fill petrol. read more

It is near by UON IT park-2 . Phonix mall is under 1.5km. Most popular school is near for kids. Property appreciation is very good. read more

punawale dumping yard is close it is sada dukhi raho project. marketing gimmick they ask you to give booking token then give information this not good way of informed buying. sales person are fooling us don't fall in trap. read more

Tathawade is a great place to live if you are looking for quiet and peaceful place to live. The area is well developed and there are lot of good schools, hospitals and play grounds in area. the people are also very friendly and helpful. read more

Things need improvement

Tathawade is not a very safe area. There have been reports of crime in the area, including theft and assault. This can be a concern for residents, especially women. read more
