Everyone wants value for money while buying such a place. Godrej Upavan gave us a lot of happiness. Whole project with open area and Traditional western fittings, fabulous adornments. Amenity-list will be huge along with an ORGANIC FARMING Basketball Court, Club House, Cricket Pitch, Gym Indoor Game, and more that my family loves. Quick Maintenance and overall safe environment with shopping mall, market, hospital, and school. Water trouble in monsoon but that overall everything is looking good. The cellular signal was great so far. My children loves sports zone and courts. It does seems like living in an international place. Thanks, Upavan! read more

It is a good place to live in but there are many problems that I somehow overlooked before getting in. The playgrounds and amenities are all good but are not updated and maintained properly. I have kids and they love playing sports but the maintainance work is not great. There is also some monsoons drinking water logging issues plus sometimes network problems. The central location of Thane-Kalyan-Ambivli in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region together with its connectivity to major business centers, various major cities, and towns are great attractions for home buyers. The area is good and very important things are easily accessible.But these negetivity is surely a back point to consider before moving in. read more

Smart town feature will be there which includes 24-7 CCTV monitoring, school, Wi-fi, sports service of worldwide standard which includes an indoor pool, a Bhiwandi Station - 6 Mins drive time, Majiwada - 20 Mins drive time, Mumbai - Nashi, Expressway - 1 Min drive time, Tree House International School - 15 Mins drive time, Upcoming, Metro Station - 1 Min drive time, Ved Hospital - 10 Mins drive time, you will never face traveling problem. Occasionally water problems and cellular network problems but so far so good. Maintenance plus security is without a lot of hassle. The overall neighborhood is calm and welcoming! read more

Godrej Upavan is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Mumbai. The area has safe local community, however numerous drinking water-logging issue arises during monsoon.
