Public transportation like buses is scarce, but the area has a lot of rickshaws and auto services. Its location near the highway makes it deserted at night. However, the streets are well-lit, and the neighbourhood is maintained properly.

The locality has lots of beautiful greenery around it, and the area is well-maintained. Many open spaces surround it. So there are lots of clean and green areas with well-maintained streets. However, it might not seem so safe because the streets are empty at night. Also, there needs to be more public transport.

Sector 99 is situated near the highway and well-connected to the rest of the city. However, the location near the highway makes it a bit unsafe for residents area becomes deserted at night. Also, police patrolling is less. Overall, price-wise, decent place to live.
