Rude and incompetent staff once you have bought the house. Neither builder nor staff pays attention to the residents complaints. Post sale even the basic amnesties like electricity and clean water is not provided.

You should think twice before buying home with Mona builders. You should really consider consulting the tenants, as how they are suffering in there lives because of them. No security, dirty water supply, dogs in the premises.

The builder is cheating everyone with fake promises, and there previous work is also not very promising. The earlier projects also shows poor quality in construction, incomplete services, cracks in the buildings which is very unsafe.

Mona builders previous projects shows poor construction quality, incomplete services the cement is cracking, its even bad in monsoon. The drainage system is worse, very poor management and rude behaviour once you bought the house.

I have been living here for 8 months at least and let me tell you the builders are not someone you can trust, as there whole promises are fake and they are not professionals, they made some fake promises and they didn’t came through with it.
