Good things here

Four years ago, I resided there, and the Aqua line metro station was conveniently located right in front. Ola and Uber services were easily accessible. However, for public transport, the metro was the primary option as there weren't other alternatives. The society had a small market, but for major shopping, one had to head to Sector 110. Maintenance was excellent during my stay, and hopefully, it has been upheld. There were no problems with seepage or leakage. The clubhouse and swimming pool within the society were of high quality, thanks to diligent maintenance by the builder at that time. read more

Things need improvement

Autos and buses are not accessible here, and there isn't a market in the entire Noida area. Another significant issue is the drain in Sector 137, where industrial waste is disposed of, causing a strong foul odor. read more

Good things here

Few years ago, I moved to a new place, When i was living there public transport such as autos and rickshaws was readily available. The market area was nearby, and the maintenance of the locality was well-maintained. There were no issues with seepage or leakage, and water logging problems were not encountered. The society had amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. Neighbors were friendly, and various events were celebrated. Overall, the society was well-maintained, and my experience there was great. read more

Good things here

Lived 5 yrs ago. Hospital is right next to the society. Metro station is also nearby. Connectivity is good there are no issues with that. Society was well constructed, there was never an issue with water seepage and leekage. Clubhouose was there which had a gym, pool, Zumba classes and even badminton court. Had a few problems as a bachelor but neighbours were helpful and friendly. We celebrated all festivals in the society. read more

Society is good to live in, acchi hai society. Clean rehti hai society. Power & water supply hai accha, Power back up bhi hai. Connectivity bhi acha hai, sector 137 metro hai paas mein, Auto , cabs throughout the day mil jata hai society ke bahar, traffic ka issues nahi hai. Teeno rooms mein balconies hai flats mein. CCTV cameras , security guards hain . Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse sab hai society mein. read more

Maintenance charges zyada hain society mein. Construction quality thoid si kharab hai, accha material use nahi kiya hai built mein, Paint aur plaster ka toh issue hai society mein. read more
