Transportation was good with easy availability of auto and cab services, minimal traffic, open parking for visitors and basement parking for residents, well-ventilated flats, well-maintained elevators, regular garbage collection, cooperative people, CCTV, and security. read more

There was significant seepage in many flats including mine on the 11th floor, limited amenities with a clubhouse having only a pool and indoor games, a gym with very few equipment, and a play area that wasn't fully dedicated for children's use. read more

I'm very happy living here. The society keeps everything very clean and the garbage collection is efficient. There are no problems with cracks or maintenance.
