Good things here

The hospitals, shopping mall, banks are within walkable distance. Metro is 15 minutes away. Grocery shops are within 5-10 minutes away. Crime is also rarely reported compared to nearby societies. There is no worry to go out at late night as roads are properly lit and Police vans are roams around. Shared autos, buses runnes at regular intervals and private cabs such as Ola and Uber are easily available. I haven't experienced any Water shortage till yet. If you have kids, then Good Schools are also available here. Both Private and Government Hospitals are available with all required facilities. Things need improvement

One thing I have realized here in this pandemic time, Social Distancing is not properly done here. Footpaths are encroached by street vendors. People get some difficulties when walking by footpaths. There is not enough parking space. There is huge traffic during peak hours, which causes a lot of air and sound pollution. The internal roads have potholes. Also due to construction work in nearby areas, dust pollution is a major issue. These issues can be fixed by the help of Local Administration. You won't face other major issue here. Locality is well connected with Mohali Airport roads thus providing easy access to Tricity. Away from city noise. Green-environment, good park. read more

Kiryana stores are at 15mins walk distance. Requires more development in terms of convenience stores nearer to the residential area. read more

there is nearby schools hospitals facility and also malls there is no water shortage no electricity shortage there are also parks nearby there is a metro station nearby also and safety is also ensured roads are also good read more
