Good things here

I had a few issues but I appreciate that the leakage and seepage issues were resolved promptly, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Everything else in the society seems great, with no major concerns. No issues with connectivity with Ola and Uber. The maintenance is great as well. The construction is solid with no issues. We have all the amenities as well. read more

Things need improvement

The airport and railway station being far away can be inconvenient for travel. Despite this, other aspects of the society are satisfactory after addressing the leakage and seepage issues. read more

Good things here

Auto rickshaws were easily available near the society. The society maintained cleanliness well, and we had 24/7 water supply. Additionally, there was a gym and a garden within the society premises. The residents were very friendly, and we used to celebrate festivals together. Moreover, there were 2-3 people in the society who had pets. read more

Things need improvement

There was a slight seepage issue in the bathroom, and unfortunately, there was no swimming pool or play area within the society. Additionally, we had to travel a distance to reach the metro station. read more

All modern amenities are available here and kept in excellent condition. Water supply is reliable round the clock. The lifts are well-maintained for smooth operation. Parking space is sufficient in the area. The area is suitable for pets. There is a playground, park, gym, club and many more facilities in the society. Swimming pool needs maintenance. The society is filled with lush greenery. The area is very well connected by metro as well.

the clubs and playground are well maintained. Parks are also well maintained. There is no issue with the public transport. Construction quality and lift condition are also good. The maintenance services are good and the charges are also nominal. Traffic issues during rush hours.
