The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The project is spread over a total area of 0.43 acres of land. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities. read more

Slum settlements in Bhim Nagar (located within Vartak Nagar) negatively which will impact housing sentiment of the residents as I think. Incidents of garbage being thrown in unauthorized spots in some parts of the locale create an unhygienic atmosphere which is quite disturbing. Water logging is the common issue in this area which is severally reported by the local people. Illegally-parked cars cause traffic congestion on some internal roads in the locale and authority is not taking steps till now. read more
