Connectivity is excellent with easy access to taxi services like Ola and Uber within the society. The construction quality is very good, with no issues of seepage or major defects observed. Security measures are very reliable, ensuring a safe environment. Maintenance services are excellent, ensuring good water availability and reliable power backup systems, guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Garbage collection is efficient, maintaining cleanliness effectively. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, children's play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained, enhancing convenience and leisure for residents. Hospitals are conveniently located within 2-3 kilometers, providing easy access to healthcare. There is also a public transport stop within walking distance, making commuting convenient. Cleanliness in the society is maintained very well. read more

Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available but only for common areas in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste separately in the society. Kids' play area is very spacious. Security guards are doing a good job in the society. The security management is very strict, and there are a lot of CCTV cameras installed in various locations. People are also very respectful in the society, which makes it feel like a family. Ventilation of the flats is very good. There is plenty of free space for walking, which is very convenient for fresh air and relaxation. Parking area is spacious; we can park both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers in the parking areas. read more

Maintenance charges are excessive in the society. There is no visitor parking in the society, which is very inconvenient; they have to park outside of the society. There is heavy traffic near the society. Maintenance should be improved, such as cleaning and street lights. read more
