SVS Signature is one of Bengaluru's best residential projects. The locality is ultra-safe, happening and with all the best offices, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping malls, in town! Love the location while amenity list is never-ending. Nothing to really criticize about the project. SVS Signature has everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket.

What can I really say about SVS Signature other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Bengaluru City. The location is near to other developed locations of the city. Location is the best part of project for me. No worry about my children’s safety in this area. Get good mobile tower even on higher floors. read more

Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains. But location you will love. Everything in close distance from metro station. I am happy with the overall project and living peacefully.

I was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Bengaluru within my budget. So happy to find that metro station is close-by. Can travel anywhere without hassle.
