Public transport was readily available nearby, and there were no traffic issues. The flats enjoyed good ventilation and ample sunlight. Festivals were celebrated, and the residents maintained a decent atmosphere. The society benefited from a 24/7 water supply and featured greenery. read more

The flats experienced construction-related issues like leakage, seepage, and cracks. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were lacking, and the lifts were not properly maintained. Additionally, the society lacked modern amenities. read more
