Good things here

The construction of the building in this soc is quite good as i don't face any issues regarding seepage, cracks, water supply or electricity supply. The maintenance is also good here with proper cleanliness and lift facilities. People here are good and engaging. neighbourhood here is quite good, we play games together and also celebrate various festivals. read more

Things need improvement

Metro station is quite far away from the society, sometimes, we face difficulties in getting autos and cabs there. There are no gyms, swimming pools or club house available in the society. read more

CCTV cameras are installed but it does not work properly Lifts are available but that also creates problem sometimes in the towers. Maintainance of the society is not good. The maintainance needs to be improved. seepage and leakage issues happen a lot in the society, The construction quality is not good. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available and these are not functional in the society. Parking has a major issue in this society. read more

Connectivity theek hai society ka, aas paas ke area se connection acha hai. All things are available. Roads wagera theek hain society ke aas paas. Balconies hain society ke flats mein. Security guards & CCTV Cameras are there in the society. read more

Maintenance charges bohot zyada hai society mein, yahi main problem hai. Kuch khaas accha exterior painting nahi hota hai society mein. Lifts bhi mostly kharab hi rehti hai. read more
