The maintenance charges are reasonable. The lift functions well, and the location is advantageous, with schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets within 2 km radius. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, yoga room, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance-wise, they clean and collect garbage daily, ensuring good water and power supply. read more

Autos and cabs are easily available. There are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats. The society has all modern amenities, and the maintenance charges are justified. There is sufficient greenery. Water is available 24/7, and festivals are celebrated enthusiastically. If there is ever any issue with the water supply, the society informs residents in advance. read more

Things need improvement

The society management has many rules, such as not allowing shoe racks to be kept outside the flats, which is problematic because the flats are small and there isn't enough space inside. These strict rules cause a lot of problems for us. Additionally, there are no buses or metro stations near the society. read more
