Living in this society is truly a delight. I take pride in how clean and well-maintained our surroundings are, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collections are always done on time, keeping our environment tidy. It's great having a playground for kids right here in the society, providing a safe space for them to play and have fun. The road conditions are excellent, and the functional streetlights ensure safety, especially at night. With ample parking space available, parking is never a hassle. Inside our apartments, I'm relieved that there are no seepage or leakage issues, and the ventilation is excellent. Having a spacious balcony adds to the charm of our living space. Security is top-notch here, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. I'm grateful for the peace of mind they provide. Our elevators are always in good condition, making it easy to navigate our building. One of the things I love most about living here is the sense of community fostered by the cultural festivals and events organized regularly. It's wonderful to come together with neighbors and celebrate our diverse cultures. read more

Local transportation options like auto rickshaws and cabs are easily accessible near the society. Inside the society, all modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, recreational area, and gym were available. Tenants were permitted to use these facilities at no extra cost. Security was ensured with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, round-the-clock guard presence, and thorough verification of everyone entering through the gates. The society had continuous water and utility supply. People in the community were cooperative, and there was no discrimination between owners and tenants. A dedicated maintenance team ensured daily cleanliness and garbage collection, maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout�the�society. read more

Things need improvement

When I lived in that society, it was relatively new. However, the build quality was not great. The walls were particularly weak; when I tried to hang something, the plaster of Paris (POP) would fall off, and I couldn't even put up a hook securely. The rooms were not soundproof either. Additionally, the society lacked convenient access to public transport like the metro. The approach road to the society was also in poor condition and not�well-developed. read more
