It is a premium project by the ATS group. The Homes are mainly constructed ones promise to deliver by 2023. My family is very impressed with the facilities like earthquake resistance, power backup lift, sewage treatment plant, 24 hours security, garbage disposals, firefighting system etc. The residential project is in close proximity to educational institutions, hospitals, cricket stadiums and parks. We are eagerly waiting for the possession. read more

ATS Le Grandiose is located in Sector 150, Noida. The residential community has easy accessibility to Noida Expressways. The rooms have high-class fittings along with balconies that overlook the beautiful landscape. The basic amenities offered are clubhouse, gymnasium, parking, jogging track, badminton court, yoga area and many other facilities. The project is an under-construction one and the construction is in full swing. I am looking forward to move in soon. read more

ATS Le Grandiose has made fake promises to its investors. The construction of the residential property is on hold and there is no information about when it will resume. The quality of the materials used is also worst. The whole team is unprofessional and they are changing the pricing list as per their need. Please check other projects as investing in this one will suck all your hard-earned income. it was not a good site visit for me even. read more

ATS Le Grandiose is not investing worthy. The premium apartments are expensive and not for middle-class families. The construction started in a full-fledged manner but it has been stopped for some time now. The project is getting delayed day by day. The sales team has no information and they are misguiding us. This is a strong warning to all new investors, please think before investing in this project as they will not deliver as promised. I am waiting for the possession to start soon. read more
