Good things here

Neighbors celebrated holidays together in the welcoming and pleasant community. Excellent public transportation alternatives, including buses, cars, and taxis, were easily accessible in the neighborhood. Schools, hospitals, and marketplaces were all conveniently close by, and the roads were in great shape. Well-kept features including a clubhouse, play area and gym were available to residents. With no seepage, leaks, fissures, or termite problems, the structures exuded superior construction quality. Regular waste collection, assigned parking, and adequate ventilation were all provided. The security of the facility was guaranteed by CCTV cameras, well-maintained elevators, and a security guard. A steady supply of water and power improved living conditions even more. read more

Not having a swimming pool and garden in the society is a big drawback. These features are important for relaxation and recreation, giving residents a place to relax and stay active. Their absence means residents lose out on these advantages, impacting the overall living experience. read more

I absolutely love living here! The cleanliness of the society is impressive, and the connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. The gym and swimming pool are fantastic amenities that I use regularly. Plus, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a great community. read more

Things need improvement

I've been facing several issues living here. Public buses are not available, which makes commuting difficult. During the rainy season, there's a significant water logging issue, and I've noticed cracks in the building structure that are concerning. Additionally, there's no playground for kids, which is a big downside for families. read more

Everything is excellent here, including connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood. I don't have any issues at all. The connectivity makes it easy to access everything I need, maintenance is quick and effective, construction is solid, amenities have everything I need or more, and the neighborhood is friendly and safe. Public transport was easily available. There was no traffic issue near the society. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The society had a garden. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained. Lifts were well maintained. The residents were decent and celebrated festivals together. The security in the society was good. Parking was sufficiently allotted. read more

The society did not have any modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or play area. There was no parking available for visitors inside the society; they had to park outside. read more

The connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. People in the society are very understanding and cooperative. No major issues regarding water supply and electricity is faced in the society. read more

Metro is not available nearby the society. swimmingpool was promised by the builder but it's never made in the society, there is no swimmingpool available. The society has got a lot of leakage problems, wall quality and plaster quality is not good. There is no power backup available in the society. read more

Kalwa is a city in the Thane District of Maharashtra. It is located at 19.2022° N, 73.0025° E. It has a population of 245973 and the total area occupied is 14.55 km2. Kalwa has a moderate climate with rainfall in the summer and dry spells in the winter. The average temperatures vary from 38°C to 24°C. Marathi being the official language, Hindi is spoken as well. Infrastructure and Details Thane Municipal Corporation is the Local Urban Body that administers Kalwa. The nearby places to Kalwa are Airoli (5.8 Km), Thane East (5.92 Km), Thane West (6.68 Km), Mulund West (8.36 Km) and Ghansoli (9.44 Km).
