Good things here

The environment is significantly cleaner due to the presence of trees along with the roadside, and the area is filled with numerous parks and gardens. Travel to any part of the Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Delhi or Noida within half an hour and I even manage to reach greater Noida in just an hour, the transportation system is that good around here. Essential services such as hospitals, schools, markets and quality hotels are within a short distance reach. read more

Things need improvement

Finding parking space is a common challenge in the area. The water is polluted with white sand particles, and the roadside is often congested due to vehicles being parked there. And the locals not really welcoming around here and there is a language barrier, leading to frequent conflicts. Due to construction works going on, the dust pollution level is significantly high. read more
