I find the connectivity of our society to be excellent, with auto-rickshaws and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants cater to all my daily needs conveniently located just outside the society. I'm pleased to note that the road quality has improved, making commuting smoother. Parking rules are adhered to by all residents, and there's ample open and basement parking available, including visitor parking within the society. The maintenance of our society is top-notch, with timely upkeep ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Garbage collection is efficient, and I appreciate the segregation of wet and dry waste. Both water and electricity are consistently available, providing uninterrupted service. I'm satisfied with the ventilation in our society, and I haven't experienced any seepage, leakage, or drainage problems. The presence of security guards and CCTV cameras instills a sense of safety and security. The lifts are well-maintained, ensuring smooth operation within the society. The amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and club house, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. I appreciate the friendly and cooperative nature of our neighbors, and I enjoy participating in cultural festivals and events together. there haven't been any pet-related issues in our society. read more

Living in this society is truly a blessing. I'm grateful for the reliable water supply and the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. It's reassuring to know that garbage collections are done on time without fail. The convenient connectivity with easily accessible public transportation, along with nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, makes life incredibly convenient. Plus, having ample parking space adds to the ease of living here. I'm pleased that there are no seepage or leakage issues in my apartment, and the ventilation is excellent. The availability of facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enhances my quality of life. I am thrilled to live in a community with very nice, friendly neighbors who are always supportive. We celebrate together, creating a strong sense of unity. The security is robust with CCTV cameras and security guards available at all times. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste ensures cleanliness. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking, and everyone follows the rules. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Things need improvement

The transportation situation is extremely poor. Only rickshaws are available, with no access to autos or cabs, making it very difficult to get around. This has been a major disappointment for me. There are also issues with seepage and termites, which is very concerning. The maintenance charges are very high, yet there is no response when any requirements or issues arise. Some amenities have damaged machines that are not being repaired, leading to frustration. Additionally, the cleaning is not up to the mark, and service is often very late, which diminishes the quality of living here. read more
