Maintenance charges adequate as per the huge Township, The school is within the premises. Mall is at a drive away. The residents are generally retired army officers, good, decent and very enthusiastic fellow residents. The township is guarded with 24/7 Khalsa top-class security so it is 100% safe all the time for kids, senior citizens and women staying alone. The property is well maintained and you will only see greenery and flowers across the property, the mesmerising fragrance, the flora ambience is nothing less a 7star property. The garbage is well taken care. The township is well quipped with amenities, sports academy, indoor sports, a multi-cuisine restaurant, clubhouse, swimming pool, departmental store, spa lounge etc.are all functional. read more
