Good things here
The location is unbeatable, with all major software companies within walking distance. The abundance of greenery, amenities like badminton courts, swimming pools, and a supermarket, make it a comfortable place to stay. read more
Things need improvement
The maintenance can be slow and lacking in quality, leading to issues like seepage. Some amenities are still under construction, causing delays and inconveniences. Despite these drawbacks, the society offers a pleasant living environment with good connectivity to IT companies and a supportive community. read more

The upside is, it's in a great spot, especially if you work in IT, because it's easy to get to those companies. Plus, there are cool things like parks, fancy gyms, swimming pools, and shops nearby, which make life easier and more enjoyable. read more

A bunch of folks living there are bummed about maintenance being subpar, waiting forever for stuff to get fixed, and feeling like they're paying way too much for it. Plus, some apartments have noise problems. It's a real letdown when they promise cool stuff and then don't deliver on time. And getting to nearby shops or buses? That's not exactly a walk in the park either. read more

It's located in a great spot in Electronics City phase 1, close to big software companies. There's lots of greenery, plenty of parks, and tons of amenities like badminton courts, swimming pools, and a supermarket. Plus, they've got party halls and even a clinic, which makes life pretty convenient. read more

Water availability is very good 24/7 in the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is readily available, and power backup is also available 24/7 in the city. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the city. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids play area, indoor games, and others are available and well-maintained in the city. The greenery in the locality is very spacious and decent. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Kids play areas are also very spacious. Public transportation is available within 1 km from the city. read more

These cities are two large residential housing markets in India, contributing to approximately 31.24% of the launches and 34.22% of the sold inventory in India’s seven cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata), across calendar years 2016 to 2017 and the six months ended June 30, 2018.
As of November 30, 2018, we have 25 completed projects, representing 12.86 million square feet of Saleable Area, out of which our 20 completed projects in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai accounted for 87.69% of our Saleable Area. Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
