First thing I must say is that project feels safe. There is good security service provided, overall locality feels quite safe also. The ambiance is welcoming and quite enjoy my time alone. Working from home is a pleasure with good mobile tower and non-disruptive and quiet environment. Otherwise society maintenance is timely and they always follow up on your query. Parking space is good enough and so is the construction quality. All fittings I wanted are there in my flat. I like the view from the project. It is a big plus point. read more

I have liked my time here at Assetz here and now. The amenities are good. Lots of greenery and nice views. Mobile towers are good enough for working peacefully. The safety aspect is there in the surrounding neighborhood. Area does not have as much waterlogging as you would expect. The RWA is quite responsive to all my requests. Construction quality and fittings are nicely done here. Car parking space is sufficient and you get huge space. Only thing they should look at is irregular water supply. This issue has to be resolved with corporation. read more

Being parent of two children, I must say I have got everything I wanted. This project offers a lot of fun and excitement for them. We adults can use the gym also. The waterlogging issue is not much of trouble but water supply can be better. I have heard that they will fix it with VVMC. Construction and interior quality are very decent with all fitting and fixture. My husband works from home and he is not facing any mobile network issue till now. Parking space is no constraint and you will love overall greenery of this peaceful neighborhood. read more

Assetz here and now is a mixed bag with majorly positives in my opinion. The area is overall good with safety levels, not a lot of waterlogging during monsoon which is a relief and good connectivity through mobile networks (helps me since I work from home). The area is well connected to major supermarkets. It ensure good connectivity also. The views from the project are really good, the RWA works nicely and you get ample car parking space.
