The major factors of liking this place that is the place has a decent location advantages. Bangalore is the major location for IT companies and my husband also an employee of it and our estate is so close to this office and it is hugely beneficial for him. The transport system of this place is quite good. So it takes no issues to reach any destination in time. I have been staying here with my family also. Honestly, the surroundings are so relaxed and soothing as well. For that reason, my husband can continue his work from here easily. This is a RERA registered project also. The rooms are so airy and they provide the best infrastructure till now. This residence also has an adequate wifi connection for continuing works very comfortably. He is currently working for an IT company that is very close to our estate as well. So these are the major factors of boosting this area vastly. read more

Some issues create difficulties in living here too. I want to include those negative factors of this place here. During summer and for living in in extreme dry area, we face severe water supply issues here. During monsoon the roads get filled with rainwater and create difficulties to pass by. The power supply gets interrupted here and my husband cannot continue his works from here. There is no sanitisation panel at the entrance which is much important during this pandemic. read more

The residence is so airy and has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My husband has heart issues and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together.
