I made a good decision with Runwal Gardens. Construction is high quality and great with the particular best fitted and fitting. The open area along with a lot of greenery, people like using the area for running. Pool plus gym will be there too and numerous other services and they are delivering the things they promised in their brochure. They too got the grocery store, hospital, college, Mumbai freeway, flyover, city rail, monorail, basically everything that family was looking and we just cannot wait to move in. I hope that they get done with the construction soon enough. read more

Runwal Gardens is a very good project for folks looking for a place in a prime Mumbai location within a slightly better budget. The developer has given excellent amenities, right from the multi-purpose courts, to playgrounds but the problem is that maximum of the amenities are not child safe. And the maintenance problem is there. Since the project is under construction there are many pit holes and damages around the areas that will be a probelm. The area is safe and secure but some waterlogging in the monsoon season can cause problem. My family will find all schools, hospitals, supermarkets nearby. read more

Nothing to criticize about the project. I mean Runwal Gardens have promised everything in so reasonable budget. You will love the atmosphere. A lot of greenery and open up space for walking. The neighborhood is very peaceful very safe for walking and everything is close from the shopping mall to school and market together with the medical center and grocery store. The builder has given a lap of lush green grass, +8000 trees, and 14 breathtaking gardens. best part is you can just take a brief drive to so many metro and monorail train stations along with railway train stations and roads. It is a great project and I’m happy that I invested in it. Construction still going on so dirt and sound can there be but the overall network is a good and peaceful atmosphere with a lap of lush green grass, +8000 trees, and 14 breathtakingly gardens all over you. Everything is excellent till now. Yet i have fallen in love with the project. Everything is close to the city, freeway, hospital, college, shopping mall. It is a classy area in heart of Mumbai.
