Here, all the amenities are present like grocery shops, a gym, jogging tracks, and green and lush parks. The inside roads are clean and trees are planted alongside. Perungalathur has a well-developed physical infrastructure in comparison to other towns. Almost all major schools and colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping but the positives of this place are more as compared any small negative point and I would recommend this project to those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location. read more
