Even tough the flat and other amenities are good, Svamitva has worst CRM team and they will take their own sweet time even for resolving small queries. No one can understand and help the customer including the director. Our Mental peace will be gone following up with them for getting our concerns addressed. So I would advise to stay away from this group. read more
