Must say, Godrej has given all that they promised in this residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings and all are very good. Lots of open space right in Noida. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with 4 specially curated amenities: multipurpose party hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, and mini theatre add up to the luxury. Adjoining a massive 40 Acre Shaheed Bhagat Singh park. I have purchased 2 BHK flat and i a waiting for the completion of the project. The location is quite and no traffic around. Good for long-term investment, if you are planning to shift to Noida. read more

I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. The grand entry, lobby entrance, Sky garden experience with multiple amenities, resort style club lifestyle with a floating restaurant and a multi level pool. I have booked a flat which is in 10th floor and i loved the overall features and view i get from the balcony. Moreover, the strategic location also makes the commuting easy. Godrej Palm Retreat is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location of Noida, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you. The quality of the construction seems to be really good. Everything in close distance from metro station and to railway station, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality in heart of Noida. Godrej Palm Retreat has offered me what i am looking for after paying good amount. Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden, gym, kids’ pool, shaded deck and Yoga area. Project still being constructed, some construction noise is there to deal if you are working at home but mobile network is good so far. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list of swimming pool, power backup, and high-end security service and fire evacuation. I have a 2BHK flat giving a good view of Noida. The project is close by to newly construction Metro line. The indoor games, outdoor games, a clubhouse, swimming pool are some of the key amenities of the project.
