This isn't my first home however this one makes me feel happy and so much worth it that I can live here. However, there are many things that bother me. I am a office worker and the traffic problem here is a bit pain for me.They do have power backup but the cellular network is a problem when I visited the site. Also waterlogging becomes a during rainstorms and maintenance could be better. My kids love to dive into the pool and I’m sure they will love it here. read more

I mean it has a Swimming Pool, Gym, Health Club, Badminton Court, Mini Theater, Party Halls, Tennis Court, Multipurpose Court, Cricket Practice Pitch, Outdoor Game Area, Children's Play Area, Joggers, Park, Bicycle Track, Event Lawns and Convenience Store, salon, clothing, garbage removal, reusing, and so forth. The area is growing close alongside petroleum siphons, clinics, and schools. Large and well-being neighbourhood. I liked the property during my site visit. I will love it here. I invested in Prestige Waterford for many reasons, the region is protected, the project has 100% force reinforcement which is required since the power cut problem continues going back and forth here, near Bengaluru. When you want to indulge your leisure the clubhouse answers well, with its myriad luxury recreational amenities. And for the practical necessities of life, it is situated in proximity to major retail hubs, malls, work spots, and educational institutions. It is also well connected to other parts of the city through roads. I’m sure I will love it here. read more
