Furthermore, cracks on the exterior of the building pose structural concerns and require immediate attention. Inadequate and inefficient security personnel further exacerbate security concerns for residents. I really value the excellent construction quality and proper ventilation, ensuring our building is sturdy and comfortable. The gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, providing convenient fitness options. Having 24/7 electricity and water supply is highly convenient. Our friendly and cooperative neighbors, along with the presence of elevators. Regular garbage collection with segregation keeps our surroundings clean. read more

I find it inconvenient that the gym requires additional fees. There are ongoing management issues that need addressing. Plumbing problems have caused occasional disruptions, and the lack of readily available autorickshaws, with only cabs accessible, is challenging. read more

The construction is just 2 years old, and the quality is quite good. Plus, there's minimal traffic in the area. read more
