Living on the ground floor, we're fortunate to have a well-maintained garden, adding to our living experience. Thankfully, we've never encountered any construction challenges, and our apartment enjoys good ventilation and air circulation. We're quite social and have a great rapport with our neighbors. In terms of connectivity, we have supermarkets, grocery stores, and auto-rickshaws conveniently available within the community. The street lights function properly, and there's plenty of parking space. Nearby, within 3 km, we have access to hospitals and schools. The community amenities are fantastic, including a swimming pool, a small practice net, a lawn tennis court, table tennis, a basketball court, a community hall, a walking track, a children's play area, and a garden. It's a well-equipped and enjoyable living environment. read more

The roads are well-maintained, and each resident has designated parking. Housekeeping ensures excellent cleanliness, with daily mopping and garbage collection at 9:30 AM. Reliable water and power supply, functioning lifts, and a range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, community hall, table tennis, basketball court, walking track, and kids' play area enrich our living experience. Construction features include good fittings and well-ventilated balconies. read more
