Good things here
All the great schools hospitals malls are at walkable distance from the locality. The Streetlights are very good and they are well lit for walking post . The local market are easily accessible and malls are located nearby. read more

Sometimes the people of this locality face water shortage and sometimes the pollution is more in the locality because of construction works otherwise the locality is best in the Pune read more

Good things here
The locality is well maintained and clean at all the time. I have never faced a pollution issue. All the great school restaurant hospitals malls etc are located nearby in the locality. The cab are easily available within the locality. The locality is very safe. The streetlights are always working. read more

1 BHK in TuljaBhavaniNagar, Kharadi, Pune - perfect for professionals.
The connectivity for good schools, malls, restaurants is Top-notch. Our area is very safe, green, no pollution and very clean.
We have no power cuts the electricity is invariably regular and the charges are separate for the tenant.
There is no water shortage with good water of corporation with best hospitality near to us. Street lights work well every day and time. read more
