Good things here

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities, reliable power backup, and efficient garbage collection. Connectivity with cabs and autos is easy if we book online. Construction quality is very good; it's a new building constructed around 2 years ago with no issues of seepages or leaks. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance from the society. The metro is also available within 100-200 meters, making it very convenient. read more

The maintenance should be improved in the society. There is no traffic issue outside the society. The road quality is not good; it inconveniences residents. read more

Good things here

I lived in this society in 2020. Initially, there were some maintenance problems, but after two months, everything got improved. There were no issues with the construction, and the connectivity was great. All the amenities were available, although they were often closed due to COVID restrictions. But whenever they were open, we made full use of them. We had no issues with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. read more

I enjoy the swimming pool where I relax. The people are friendly and interact well. Within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and schools, with working street lights. There is ample parking within the community. Maintenance ensures good water and power supply, and the lift functions well. The construction quality provides excellent ventilation and sunlight in all rooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, children's play area, and community hall. read more

Maintenance charges in the society do not reflect the quality of service provided, particularly in cleaning and garbage collection, which need improvement to meet residents' expectations. read more

In the society, there is a metro station within walking distance. Autos and buses are easily accessible nearby. Malls are conveniently located near the society. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and water supply was available 24/7. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and the residents were decent. read more

For residents staying at home, the society is good, but for those who go out daily for office or other work, the outside traffic is a big issue due to the busy roads all day long. read more
