The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is available for common areas in the flats. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Hospitals are nearby, within 1 kilometer from the society, for emergencies. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. The road quality is very good in the society, and the parking area is very spacious. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance of the lift is very poor, and one of the lifts is damaged in the society; they didn't repair it, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is very poor, with some leakages and seepages issues in the flats. There are also some leakages in the walls. Public transportation like buses is far from the society, around 3-4 kilometers away. The parking area is very congested in the society. read more
