Despite its central location, traffic congestion near the society is minimal. The build quality is excellent, with spacious, well-ventilated rooms that are free from leakage or seepage issues. A dedicated maintenance team ensures timely upkeep and repairs, with reasonable maintenance charges that reflect the quality of facilities offered. The issue resolution process is quick and efficient. All essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, park, and garden are available within the society and well-maintained. Owners have allocated single parking spaces. The society enjoys 24/7 water and electricity supply. It is pet-friendly, allowing pet owners to keep their pets with them. Good things here

My experience in the society has been excellent because I have been living here for a long time and I have never faced any problems with anything. The maintenance here is very good; the society is repainted regularly, and we are currently scheduled for a repaint soon. Additionally, everything is well-maintained, and new amenities such as a basketball court and a renovated swimming pool have been added recently. The community is also very good; everyone I interact with is friendly and pleasant. Moreover, the connectivity around the society is amazing, with schools, hospitals, markets, and good transportation routes nearby, both within and outside�the�society. read more

Things need improvement

I have been living in the society for 15 years, and I haven't encountered any major issues regarding construction or anything else so far. The only minor issue in the society is a bit of seepage on the wall near the washroom, but apart from that, there are no other problems�in�the�society. read more
