Prateek Canary is a residential development of Prateek Group. Located in Sector 150, Noida, it is built across a wide area.Amenities wise, this project is one of the best I saw- it give everything. Construction and design is stand-out in Noida. Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Will give 4-star rating to experience in smart city. Such location hard to find in Noida let alone India. Only some water accumulate in heavy rain. Otherwise, everything just awesome! read more

This project is 10/10 as I say. Excellent construction, fab interior, awesome maintenance and location. Posh location in Noida. Prateek Canary is a low density project with maximum green open area is equipped with all modern and luxurious amenities that one can just imagine. Prateek Canary is good for a fitness freak like me. I have been using the gym here which is well equipped and also look forward to using the swimming pool. The landscaped garden is ideal for having a cup of tea with your community members. Everyone is welcoming and water and power cut is not an issue; also 24-7 security is given for maximum comfort. Power backup is there and works while the kids have a great time in their dedicated playing area. I usually work from home and there is not much noise; do have some niggles with mobile network but mostly no problems. read more

Overall am happy with experience at this project. Shifted here sometime back, good thing that project is ready so no noise and all. Working from home peacefully and mobile network is decent also. Overall society maintenance happens properly, people are responsive, parking is there, waterlogging is sometimes issue if heavy showers. Like fittings and construction quality. Lots of greens, landscape garden, gym, swimming pool, sports area, children area, jogging and cycling track, Vastu design and all are there. Also appreciating common amenities since they are value for money. read more

Away from noise and pollution you will find this project very nice. I love the experience here.. Love swimming in the pool, enjoy being safe with CCTV surveillance and smart card and 24-7 service and also get prompt response for maintenance and all query. Café is there, school is there if you have kids and even Wi-Fi is available. Everything you want is there at project. Construction quality is also good with peaceful and safe area overall. Only issue sometimes is water logging. WFH is good with decent mobile signal. Also, major road is there, railway station is there and all shops. read more
