The amenities are well-functioning: table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are all available. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there is a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, milk dairies, and schools. The road conditions are good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, housekeeping staff takes care of cleaning regularly and collects garbage timely. There is good water and power supply, and the lift is well-functioning. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative. read more

I had significant issues with connectivity during my time in this society. Getting cabs through Ola and Uber was extremely difficult, with waiting times often exceeding 25 minutes, and even then, the cabs frequently didn't show up. This made commuting very frustrating. read more

The structure is quite sturdy, and there are no termite issues in the community. Nowhere are there seepage or leakage problems. The structure is also devoid of any fissures.
