The internal streets are diseased and improperly maintained. The public trash can needs to be properly maintained. Market areas frequently experience traffic jams on weekends and holidays. At night, the area appears to be uninhabited. Summertime is a time when water shortages are a factor.

The neighbourhood is bordered by several amenities, including lakes, temples, grocery stores, gyms, matriculation, CBSE schools, churches, and supermarkets. It is an important area because all North and South Chennai MTC buses are available at the bus stops that surround it. The police station close to the bus stop gives Keelkatalai extra significance. There are a lot fewer crimes overall. read more

Fewer hospitals, along with poorly built roads that become clogged with water during the monsoon, cause major transportation problems for the general public. drainage that is not well-maintained; it smells terrible and gets worse during the northeast monsoon. Additionally, Keelkatalai contains a few minor factories, which add to the pollution in the area and harm the surroundings. read more

We have a reliable water supply close by, well-maintained street lights, a grocery store bus stop that is only 100 metres away, and no drainage obstructions. Because my neighbourhood is on a big road, there are excellent transportation options close by, and taxis can get to me with ease. The roads are kept in good condition and are unharmed throughout the wet season. Nearby, there are lots of excellent schools. The bus stand has plenty of parking spaces. Additionally, a bus depot is about 500 metres away. There is no shortage of water. read more

I reside in a wonderful neighbourhood. It is fantastic because it provides us with many amenities. The location is considerably more gorgeous because of the green park close to my house. My neighbourhood also offers a lot of additional benefits. People don't have to travel far to fulfil all of their necessities thanks to a food store that is close to the park. All of my neighbours only shop at that particular supermarket. At night, there are well-equipped street lights, which greatly improve road visibility. There are excellent multispecialty hospitals close by. A kilometre or less separates my home from the main bus depot. read more
