Good things here

I used to live here from 2016 to 2022. Connectivity was great with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Security was good with CCTV cameras. There were no issues with parking or guest parking. There were no problems with stray dogs either. These things made living here quite nice. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance was bad, and there was leakage in the walls. The gym was not good and had very few equipments. The neighbourhood was not friendly and they had issues with a bid loud music often and the society isn't much bachelor friendly read more

Schools and hospitals are nearby, good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. read more

No amenities except swimming pool in the society like club house , park and gym. No other issues in the society regarding anything , its a great society to live in. read more

The locality of our society is excellent, offering good connectivity with readily available cabs and autos when booked through Ola or Uber. We benefit from reliable 24/7 water facilities and available power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, conducted daily within the society. Public transportation is conveniently accessible within 50 meters, enhancing convenience for residents. Sakara Hospital is nearby, just 2 km away, providing easy access to healthcare services. Due to COVID-19, we are vacating from the society. Despite this, amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area, as well as maintenance services, are available for residents. Nearby offices add to the convenience of living in our society. read more

Transportation is very good in the society; there is a bus stop available right opposite the society within 50 meters. Airport taxis are also available nearby and are very convenient. Cabs and autos are easily accessible if we book Ola or Uber. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or seepages in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available and well-maintained in the society. The water facility is very good, and garbage collection is also excellent; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is spacious in the society. read more

Here is an issue with the availability of power backup in the society; it's not connected to all houses which is inconvenient. There is no visitor parking in the vicinity. There is a lot of traffic outside the society, especially on the main road, which causes significant inconvenience and pollution. read more

The community here is wonderful; our neighbors are not only good but also very supportive, which creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. the convenience of having auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available is a huge plus. Public transport options, like the metro and buses, are easily accessible, making commuting around the city hassle-free. As a resident of this society, I have some concerns that need to be addressed. There are noticeable cracks in the building, which raise safety worries. Unfortunately, repairs are not done on time, leaving residents feeling neglected. The gym and swimming pools are not well-maintained, which is disappointing as these facilities were a major attraction. Additionally, there are too many restrictions placed on their use, making it difficult for residents to enjoy these amenities.
