Good things here

Mere parents rehte hain wahan, that is my Mayka. Shaadi ke baad I have moved out, but mai waha jaati rehti hoon. Interior maintenance is fine. Paani ka bhi koi problem nahi hai. Location acha hai society ka bohot. Agar kisi ko kam budget mein ghar chahiye , toh ye society badiya hai. Connectivity bohot badiya hai, kyuki society main road pe hai. Society ke andar hi school hai for tiny tots, bahar bhi St. Thomas school hai, public transport mil jata hai. Log acche rehte hain friendly and cooperative hain. Park hai society mein, baccho ke khelne ke liye 2 parks hain. read more

Bohot hi purana hai society. Ghar purane hogaye hain. The main issue mujhe lagta hai ke koi car parking nahi hai, koi allotted car parking nahi hai. Lifts bhi nahi hai society mein. Seepage/leakage ka issue hai, hamara ghar ground floor pe hai to wahan toh hai seepage ka issue, ghar itne aas paas hain toh theek se cross-ventillation nahi hota hai mere hisaab se. Gate no. 8 ke bahar, waterlogging ka issue hota hai during rains. Stray dogs ka bhi issue hain waha society mein. Ek automatic floor parking banni chahiye. There is no gym in society. Swimming pool hai lekin bohot chota sa hai sirf naam ka. read more

The construction quality of our society is good, and maintenance is satisfactory. We have amenities like power backup, parks, and a badminton court. However, we currently lack a lift, which is needed. There's room for improvement in greenery, and the park lacks suitable equipment for younger children. Street dogs are also a major concern. read more

Inside the society, the floors are well-maintained, and there are no garbage issues as ragpickers collect waste regularly. Water supply is consistent, and there's an open space with a small play area for kids. Residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating cultural events together. read more
