Sector 62 is well developed with several good residential projects having very good quality of construction and very good amenities in the residential complexes. The locality is well connected to the entire NCR with metro and a good bus network.

Sector 62 Noida is a good residential area with several shopping malls, good schools and leading hospitals in the area.There are 2 metro stations very close by. Road connectivity is very good though the expressways are not properly marked .

The area around sector 62 is well developed but upkeep is turning out to be an issue. Parks arbecoming dirty, there is garbage burning and rampage encroachment that needs to be controlled. The neighbourhood is peaceful and new properties are being constructed rapidly.
