Good things here

Maintenance is good with functional lifts ,connectivity is amazing with availability of cabs and autos ,there is proper ventilation,amenties like swimming pool,garden are available ,people in the society are cooperative and friendly. read more

The location where I am residing as a renter is Bala Murugan garden in Thoraipaakam. The individuals in the neighbourhood are kind and helpful. This project is in a nice location with reasonable costs. Homes that are well-built and have a unique design, as well as high-quality materials in the bathrooms and kitchen. Water and electricity are provided 24 hours a day. There is ample parking for all sorts of cars in the parking lot. Due to the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards, there is a low crime rate.
