Almost all major school, colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a but for grocery shopping but the positives of this place are more as compared to any small negative point and I would recommend this project for those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location.

Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards, which greatly reduces the fear of any kind of problem for the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue, so it might not be suitable for working from home.
