Good things here

Connectivity in our society is exceptional, with public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. Everything one might need, from malls to market areas, schools, and grocery stores, surrounds the society, making its location ideal. We're fortunate to have amenities like parks and play areas for kids, all impeccably maintained. Parking facilities are ample, ensuring convenience for residents. The community spirit is strong, with people being sociable and participating in cultural events and festivals together. CCTV cameras are installed for added security. Our lifts operate smoothly, and the society is consistently clean, with hygiene standards well-maintained. Electricity supply is reliable, supplemented by power backup when needed. All in all, the society offers a comfortable and convenient living environment. read more

Things need improvement

If any construction issues arise in the apartments, residents are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of repair works; the society does not offer a repair mechanism for such damages. Things need improvement

One area that needs improvement in our society is security. Currently, there's a lack of proper tracking of people and vendors entering and leaving the premises. This poses potential safety risks and compromises our residents' peace of mind. Additionally, approximately 90% of our open area poses risks to vehicles, increasing the likelihood of damage. Another concern is the insufficient allocated space for guests. With limited parking available outside the society, guests are often forced to park in areas where space is scarce. This not only inconveniences visitors but also contributes to congestion and potential safety hazards. read more

I am quite impressed with the overall connectivity of the society. It is excellent and ensures that I have never faced any issues in this regard. The amenities are fairly good, and the maintenance team is efficient. The people in the society are generally friendly, making it a pleasant place to live. read more

However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The construction quality is not up to the mark, and there are concerns about its durability. Additionally, there is a recurring issue of water logging at the main gate of the society, which causes inconvenience at times. read more

Society me bohot logon ne ill- legal construction badaya hai apne aapne flat me. jab tak society maintenance builder ke haat me tha tab tak acche se maintained tha, abhi society me log achese maintain nhi karte hai. amenities sab hai to lakn well maintained nhi hai wo. read more

Good things here

Autos are about 200-300 meters away from our society, and buses and cabs are also easy to find. The restaurant and market area are just half a kilometer from the society. We have CCTV cameras and lifts installed and kept in good condition. There's no problem with waterlogging. Our society is very well maintained, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are also well looked after. People are friendly and celebrate together. The best thing about our society is the pleasant atmosphere. read more

There's no metro station nearby, and sometimes there's a seepage issue in the houses. I don't have any improvements in mind for the society. read more
